Booking can be made for up to nine persons at one time, including adult and children.
（５）Luggage limitation
Check in luggage is limited to the total weight of 30 kilograms. Each Baggage piece is limited to a maximum weight of 30 kgs and maximum dimensions of 50 x 60 x 120 cm. Luggage in excess of these limits are obliged to purchase a luggage ticket.
Membership registration is not accepted when unidentifiable e-mail address is used.

（１）Member can terminate by applying the necessary termination procedure.
（２）Other than listed above, company will terminate membership after system replacement or member is tampering.
（１）Enquiry for this site, notice from customer to company, are proceeded according to the way the company defined.
（２）After notification is sent to the address or e-mail address, which is registered by the user, we consider as user have accepted the notification. Company is not liable for any inconvenience caused to the user.
（３）We will notify by e-mail after registration is completed.

（１）Your booking is valid once your booking is shown in the booking confirmation list on the site. We will notify your booking information to your registered e-mail address.
（２）Cancellation of your bookings should be done as soon as possible when needed to do so. If you do not complete cancel procedure for several times or make cancellation frequently, we may contact you.
（３）Unpaid booked tickets must be purchased in advance, up to 5 minutes prior to departure time. Otherwise, your bookings will be automatically cancelled.
（４）Bookings are accepted from 180 days before you travel. There will be a limitation for payment method, which depends on the booked routes, and other booking conditions.
（１）Payment at this site is valid and accepted when shown paid on the booking list on this site. We will notify your payment transaction information by e-mail.
（２）Ticket refunds or online multiple ticket refunds, purchased at this site will depend on the type of ticket and conditions applicable to it and may not be available for certain ticket types.There is a deadline for refund. No refunds can be made after this deadline.

Company will not disclosure your registered data to a third party without agreement with you.

（１）You acknowledge that you will be financially responsible for any bookings which are made through this site using your account details, such as user ID or password, and for all reasonable and foreseeable losses which we suffer as a result of your breach of these terms or negligence when using this site including where you deliberately or negligently let others use your account.

Company reserves the right to alter the terms of conditions without the consent of the member. Terms of conditions that have been altered come in force at the time that they appear on this site.
